The Phantom Tollbooth

My redesigned cover for The Phantom Tollbooth offers a fresh interpretation of the book’s whimsical and wordplay-driven narrative. Drawing inspiration from the scene in which Milo, Tock, and the Humbug ascend a spiral staircase into the clouds, I used bright colors and hand-drawn typography to reflect the novel’s imaginative and playful tone. The updated visual approach aims to engage both new and returning readers, capturing the essence of the story’s exploration of language, logic, and curiosity.
